I am so thankful for the service I received. I had to get towed in because both passenger tires blew. Ferrin was extremely accommodating and kind and the guys in the shop did a great job. I came in stressed and left feeling much better!

Keisha at NTB is great! She was very professional from the moment I walked in ensuring the phones were answered and the physical customers in store were cared for. She as well as the technicians are very informative and constantly keep you up to date on possible future repairs and maintenance. They were accommodating and quick with my services only taking about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this NTB location and will definitely be back for any future needs!
