NTB has great service and very reasonable prices! The manager Ferrin, is an absolute sweetheart super knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
Only had two mechanics but 5 people total just either standing or sitting around. Useless. Took about 3 and a half to get one small thing done. Unprofessional and lazy especially if you’re sitting at a job doing nothing. Will not be coming back until either new workers or even just better workers. Prices are crazy already and now I have to deal with slackers??? Crazy.
