Aletha and Alex was very good with consumers service
Came in first thing with starting issues not sure if it was battery. Cornell provided thorough help diagnosing that it was the battery in a timely manner. Also had a slow leak issue in a tire and he found the problem and the tire was patched. Good, prompt service, I'll definitely be back. Thanks, Cornell Aletha
Kernell was great and very professional
Truly one of the best experiences i’ve had. The store manager, Alexander, explained thoroughly what was going on with my truck and exactly what needed to be done, at a fair rate. It didn’t take days to get my brakes done, only hours! I will definitely be recommending anyone who has car trouble in the area to go to NTB on Manhattan blvd!
Walked in after tire blew out nearby and they were super helpful. Got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Kernell explained everything and Aletha was super sweet.
