NTB has false advertising and over promises and fails to deliver what they promise. NTB Corporate is no different.
Patethic customer service and horrible product knowledge. I was in the automotive and tire/service industry for years and have extensive knowledge on the subject. Do yourself and your car a favor and take it where they actually know what they are talking about. Save yourself the disappointment and go get tires and service from a company that actually has pride in what they do.
Bought 2-tires. Instructed to pull off the oldest off the back, move the 1-yr old tires on the front to the back and new tires on the front. Later that night I found they pulled off the 1-year old tires and moved the oldest tires to the front and the new on the back. I did call back when they opened and they did find those same 1-yr old tires to put back on correctly.
I needed an alignment badly and asap because I'm leaving on a 1000 mile trip today! Leah got me in and Cesar knocked it out quick, about 30 mins. Thanks guys! @arlingtoni20
I had a nail in my tire. Broke it down and patched it...NC.
