They rounded the lug nuts on my truck using the wrong size socket... if it wiggles it's too big...may have gotten a $40 discount on my tires for the inconvenience but we have still not been able to get the lug nuts loose and may have to do the last resort by taking a torch to it that will cause the rim and studs to be completely ruined. If I have to buy new rims they will have cost me over $1100. I will never use them again.
I can't recall ever having a bad experience at the Glen Allen store.
Great place, great tires. Very quick 'n easy service, just getting two new front tires. Incredible price on tires, but then, you pay for mounting/balancing. Sha-bam... In and out, just like that! Can't complain...
Just wanted to say thank you! I came in today with a nail in my tire... Your store was booked solid all day. I had my granddaughter in the car with me. You quoted me a few hours but we were in and out in just 1 hour! Very impressed with your kind and quick staff!! Thank you!!
