Eric and his crew are true professionals! I've been taking my cars here for years and they have never let me down. Last week they put 4 new tires on my primary car and this week they put tires on my 1961 Impala! I have total trust with Eric's team and I Highly Recommend them for your car care needs!
RecommendedI went on Labor Day. I got there about an hour before closing. After trying all day to find a place that had 2 tires to fit my Jeep and could put them on that same day, they were the only place that said they could. I had called around to about 10 different places. I had to get my tires done that day, because my Jeep is my only transportation, and I had wires poking out of my tires. I just want to give a huge thanks to this specific NTB. They have been awesome today, I had 2 of my tires replaced, they put up with my kids, got done in a timely manner (understanding they did have cars ahead of mine), and when I left and my car was wobbling they checked it out quickly and helped me out. :) Great group of guys today. Thank you so much! :)

I really enjoyed coming there. They fixed my car in a timely fashion. The employees were personable and hopefully I won't have to get any work done on my car for a while but if so I'll be coming back
Always prompt, honest service. I've had Sam work on my car many times when he worked at other stores, and I will follow him to this store. He has only ever treated and charged me fairly. I trust him, not only because I know him personally, but also because I know he absolutely cares about the quality of his (and the other members') work, how he is portrayed, and how his team members behave. I love this store! The manager, Sam Lang, is a an excellent car person and a friend. He truly cares about you when you bring your car in. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable and give you excellent service. He doesn't cheat you, rob you, or try to sell you things you don't need. The times I have been in this store it was always clean and inviting. I only use this store now as do my family and friends. If anyone asks me about a car place this is where I send them.
