I was traveling from NC to NY when around 6 pm on Tuesday evening I got a flat on the interstate. Despite being busy, that man fixed my flat and didn't even charge me. Granted I was in a tight financial spot, but I heard the owner tell him he wouldnt get paid for fixing my tire. To the young man who helped another in his time of need I thank you. To the owner, you need to learn compassion before the shoe is on the other foot!
My feelings about what happened the other day you go get your vehicle worked on there and while it's there someone steals $80 out of it goes through your stuff I like the kick the person's ass done it I know what I had before I got there and then when I got ready to leave 80 bucks was gone don't pay for it just wait he's got to face his Judgment Day just like everybody else
I arrived 5mins after they had closed with a glat tire and a very nice man who was still in the shop he put me in the system that very moment. His costumer service was phenomenal. I will recommend Merchant's to all of my friends.
We came to Roanoke in March of 2016 to visit and see if this was the place we wanted to call home. Our car at the time decided it wanted to break down. Merchants was the closest to where we were at the time so we brought it there. We were greeted by Nate, an awesome very concerned and caring person! Our van was giving us problems on our trip from Gadsden AL. We stopped in, at the end of the day, and they were awesome in handling our situation and got us back on the road. Thank you Nate and staff.
I definitely will not be taking our car back there again went for a oil change tonight they rotated the tires but didn't inflate them to what was needed instead left my front with 12lbs of air one the driver side and 14 lbs of air on the passenger side needless to say we want be going back
