it seems I'm running out of NTB in metro Atlanta. came over for a simple tire psi adjustment for the tires I bought last month at a different location. it appears the tech failed to read the sticker in my car's driverside door - which clearly indicates 36 psi for all tires. unfortunately, the front tires were already at 3e psi. the tech decided to take my rear tires down to about 33 psi as well. all it takes is one time. while this was a simple error, it begs one to question how many other vehicles have come out of this shop... read more

Two hour wait so far to use my lifetime tire repair. No word yet and they close in three minutes. Just read the reviews from a year ago and they remain understaffed along with a lack of communication about how long repairs take. I feel for the one mechanic on duty. This isn’t fair to him or the customers.

No reason to schedule an appointment. I went in @ 10 am for an oil change and two new tires. The guy sold me on the allignment as well. 2.5 hours I am still sitting waiting. Good business management would alert you that they are short staffed and it would take time. I now have had to reschedule meetinga for the day due to their poor management.

We spent over $900 to fix our HVAC at this shop. The part broke after 13 months because this shop used an old part. The manager refused to work with us. This is after we have spent thousands on new tires and oil changes for both cars. Definitely avoid this business.

I will never return there. The oil change took two hours, and despite my saying I did not want my tires rotated, they did it anyway, breaking a hubcap that previously had been only cracked. They were unapologetic, saying I should have checked over the paperwork before signing it, as the clerk had written that I DID want the tires rotated. A new hubcap would have cost about $5, and I may have become a loyal customer. Instead, I can, and will, go somewhere else, less shady and where I'll be in and out in about 20 minutes.

If you value your vehicle, please do not take your vehicle here. The service is sub-par and the mechanics have proven to be incompetent while headed by a manager who has no understanding of customer service. Read the google review, read the facebook reviews and DO YOUR RESEARCH. After a $2400 service, the vehicle died less than a month later due to a lack of oil which was conveniently explained away due to a broken part puncturing the engine. Don't even bother spending your money or time on this place. I got here at 9am; had a 9:30am appointment; I was told it would take an 1hr to an 1hr1/2; didn't get my car checked on tell I had to say something (11:15am); the guy said they couldn't take me tire lugs off...no one updated me on the process or that they couldn't get the lugs off, its been almost 3 hours and still no car.

Took these master technicians 3 tries to figure out how to replace 1 qt of oil with the same amount of oil supplement. I told the receptionist, technician, and head mechanic, they still didn't get the message, sending the truck around the building twice...
