The one on Mt zion in Morrow had my car 4 hours just to rotate my tires and they still didn't get them rotated they will never see me again thanks for nothing.... .

I really of horror trying to get anything accomplished business-wise in Clayton County. Case in point I go in to the National Tire and Battery looking for a simple alignment. Lone behold there's a woman standing inside with a pair of panties and a scarf wrapped around her head that all of the associates are clamoring to. Left grease all over mr truck. From the carpet , grease all over the drivers said , to the door. I don’t know how I will get the grease out of the carpet floor mats. Would NOT recommend.
Paid $400 for all four new tires, alignment, balance, etc. Left and my steering wheel is crooked, when I go over 45 mph the whole car shakes. Took it back about a week later when I had time, told them to fix it, it's still crooked. Getting it fixed for the 3rd time. This is ridiculous. It should have been right the first time I got it fixed. If not I want my money back soi I can take it somewhere, where people actually align a damn car right the first time.
I've never had very good luck with this location. Either the employees are rude or it just takes forever for them to do a basic service. I was in yesterday for two hours and twenty minutes for an oil change. Granted, the guy I dealt with the whole time was pleasant, it was just a bit ridiculous that I was there so long. Supposedly they had to order a part and wait for it but I have this happen almost every time and it's never taken this long. Just glad I was in no hurry.
