Worse location and customer service ever. My tire had a slow leak, so I took it to them since I purchased the tires from here. They broke the sensor and then tried to act like it was broken when I brought it in and said it needed to be replace, no charge to me....REALLY. Then when I inquired on how much longer, he had the nerve to say you’re not paying for it, as if my time wasn’t valuable to me.
This stores performance is just absolutely God awful. They’re not efficient, they have subpar customer service interaction, and they take longer than a doctor’s office visit. Went in there to have a tire replaced and that took 4 hours and when they returned the car, one of the lugs were missing! If I wouldn’t have noticed it, it would have never been pointed out to me. This has been my 2nd bad experience here and then they gave me a free oil change for all of the headaches but I refused it because I don’t trust these people ... read more
A bunch of liars!! They will tell you one thing on the phone and then rip you off once you get there. Completely dishonest. All they try to do is sell you services they can't perform!! Come here at your own risk.
I took my car to this place because my check engine light was on and my brakes was squeaking. I had to make three visits, pay 1300 dollars and my car still is messed up. This place is a rip off. I am warning everybody don't go here. They will try to sell you things you don't need instead of fixing the problem. I will definitely be disputing my charges.
The customer service was great, and the work was also great. My vehicle issues were corrected.
