I love the jimmy carter location from management to service. There amazing all the time
So yesterday I get up to go to work at Stone Mountain and my seatbelt won't buckle. I look down and a dime had fallen in it. I tried to get it on myself and made it fall all the way in. Today I went to National Tire and Battery on Jimmy Carter and the fished it out for me. This place does awesome work they have worked on my car for last year. The nice part no charge! Thanks Marvin Dixon for fixing my seatbelt your awesome!
Associates were helpful. Tire was fixed quickly. Reasonably priced and out the door in under an hour without an appointment and late in the evening. The only negative I have is the condition of the lounge & restrooms. They needed work and paper. Overall nice experience!

I had my car serviced in May w/ a compliant about break light on/flickering. The mechanic said oh it's nothing no light was on during inspection. Now I'm here w/ over $900 dollars worth of recommendations as a direct result of the break light. I would not recommend this business or any other mechanic business that take advantage of it customers. Always have your mechanic to document your reason for visit and any other issue you are experiencing and ask what part could be causing it and also have them document the suggestion/... read more
