AWFUL! Was just at NTB with our Dodge van. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Don proceded to tell me that that my 50,000 mile tires were bald in 7,000 miles. Tires that were bought there and were rotated at recommended 3,000 miles. The best he could do was sell me new tires! So much for being a 10+ year customer! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
If i could i would give this place ZERO stars. They quoted me a price, said it included mounting, I go to pick it up and oh, btw, added $45 to the bill. I could understand if it was just tax. but it was for MOUNTING, which i was already told it was included. I called to speak with the manager, got the service manager, Don Pysola who yelled at me, wouldn't listen, just kept saying it is never included and that i would never have been told that. Then he told me to call corporate, he didn't care, and HUNG up on me. If possible ... read more
