SO GOOD! They were so sweet. I am a teenage girl who was super stressed about her car and her tire being flat and I went in and they were absolutely AMAZING. They made funny jokes with me, made me feel a sense of peace knowing my car was in their hands. Genuinely the best experience I have ever had with a tire fixing/car fixing place. 10000% Will be going here again.
went to Mavis today because I had a nail in my tire, and I was greeted by Will at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was in desperate need of getting my tire fixed, and Will made sure I was taken care of right away. The customer service at this location was amazing, and I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was. I will definitely be coming back for any future tire needs.
