RecommendedI recently had a wonderful experience at the NTB Edsall Road location and highly recommend it! Store Manager Richard Kidwell and his team really took care of me! I had recently passed inspection with a warning that my two front tires needed to be replaced soon. After purchasing my tires here, I came back to get an alignment and ended up without my car for 2 days. today I came to get a tire patched under my road hazard warranty and was charged over 100$!!! This is disgusting and I will never be returning here again.
We were in Alexandria for a wedding in DC,and when we went to leave this morning, we found a screw in one tire. We stopped at this NTB since they were the only shop in the area that was available. First I was told that it could not be patched, which at this point I don't believe at all. Regardless I purchased a tire and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours to complete the swap. Given an estimate of 1.5 hours for new tires. 4 hours later.... still here waiting. 45 minutes ago they said "a few more minutes". Cutting into our vacation time with no apologies, no discounts. I wouldn't come here unless you have ALL DAY. **Seems like a recurring theme among the reviews**
I had an appointment for 3:30 this afternoon and did not get my car back until nine this evening. The excuse they gave was that they had a lot of walk ins. I thought the point of making an appointment was to be have priority over walk ins? I'm very disappointed.
