I had been looking at apartments in the area when I discovered a nail in one of my tires. Even worse, the time was approx. 4:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I went by a nearby tire place. They told me they would be unable to repair the tire for another 2 hours. I decided to try NTB at 14107 Inwood Rd, Dallas. I arrived at 4:23 pm, was greeted by the manger. Within 30 minutes, they'd repaired my tire and had me ready to drive home. The staff was SUPER. The service was SUPER. I could not have asked for better help.... read more
