I needed a turn signal bulb and they told me they could put one in for me. So I figured two or three dollars for the bulb but they charged me $17. That’s just ridiculous

They allow online scheduling so you do get a timeslot but when you get there they said they don't have time. I took the time off from work so I can get my work done as scheduled online but they could not entertain my appointment and asked me to come some other day. I don't leave cost me money to take the time off but it waste of time for another day to schedule another appointment and get the work done. It's much better to go other places where they actually work out the timing as they promise. I suggest to go somewhere else... read more
I dropped my car off for an oil change, and never got a call to come pick it up. Finally got worried and went to the store. They had closed up, and never notified me. I have spent the last two hours trying to get in touch with corporate to find an emergency number for the manager. Don't take your car here EVER. I STILL DON"T HAVE MY CAR!
Very courteous and fast. Very professional. Our NEW place of service......Eric & Darryl make the short wait enjoyable.....
