Had an appointment at 1pm. Didn’t take the car back until 1:45pm. Told me the issue at 2pm. Agreed for services to be done. Am still in the waiting room three hours later and car is still in the air. There is no reason whatsoever for this.
We had an appointment at opening to have tire & sensors swapped out the estimated time given was about 3 hours we return at lunch time that was a additional hour our car had not been touched, the person behind the counter tried to make it seem as if we did something wrong saying I told you to leave it which we did but you didn't say all day
A Co worker brought his car in at 11:45 today for an oil change it is now 5:00 and they haven't even started working on the car. Apparently setting a 1:00 appointment with a coupon means they will get to your car whenever they feel like it. What a joke.
Great customer service and friendly staff.
Great service, honesty and money saving coupons are why I will be a return customer. I go do the Davis Lake store and have been very pleased with the quality of products as well as the manager's knowledge of products in his inventory. This company will inspect your car for free and then tell you what is needed. I saved over $200.00 on brake service because the drums only needed cleaning, not pad replacement. I will never come here again! I had an appointment at 9am and I'm just now checking out 2hrs and 15 mins later for an just an oil change and tire rotation. Randy was a very nice guy with lots of patience with customers! I had a lot of time to watch and observe customer interaction. So with this negative review I would like to leave a positive one too!
If I had the opportunity to give you guys no stars, I would be the first to do so. I had an appointment for 1:30 for an oil change, I didn't leave until 4:15. Your service sucks & you guys don't communicate to your customers at all. AAA will be getting my business from now on since I signed up with them.
