Had two blown out tires at night and needed help fast before they closed - after getting towed to the shop, Ty and Sergio got on the phone to make sure they would have the tires I needed in stock and got me taken care of before closing - really grateful for them - great service

All I can say is this particular NTB is hands down the best at what they do. I pulled in, asked a question, and thy all came outside to see what I was talking about. Next thing I know my car was on a lift and in the air. That’s what you call guest courtesy. Ty. Sergio, and Casey, I applaud you all and thank you for making my day. There is truly something to be said about the kindness of strangers! It didn’t cost me one cent either. I cannot thank you all enough.
I had a loose bolt in an arm in the rear axle, causing my wheel to slant badly inward. I dropped off the car at 4:30, expecting to leave it overnight. An hour later NTB called, telling me it was ready to pick up! Minimal charge and extremely quick. Thank you!!
Went here to get my tires pumped for free and the person who worked on it did a great job! They also offer many different services for your car. If anyone comes by, ask for Sergio. Super down to Earth guy and will get you right!
