Ty and the team were super nice and professional! They checked my battery and found that it was still in “good” shape and didn’t need to be replaced right at that very moment but did say to keep an eye on things and bring it back if needed for further inspection! I appreciate their honesty and not taking an opportunity to just make some money! That goes a long long way in business relationships so I’ll definitely be going back to do business with them! Came to NTB last minute to get tires before I headed out for a quick trip. Ty did a great job finding the perfect tires, having them picked up from a neighboring store, and getting them installed. They also did an inspection and gave me a list of other maintenance items I can do at my convenience. Fantastic service and great people!
The service was great! Everyone was really nice and helpful
