As I parked outside NTB, Jarrell was already at my side waiting to see what I was coming in for. He greeted me very politely and I told him I needed a nail taken out of my tire. He took all the information he needed and we went inside and they immediately got started on my tire. It’s always a great experience coming here. Jarrell has been nothing short of amazing! Will continue to come to this location as long as I can!!
Sergio at NTB provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained before starting the work.
