Sergio was warm and welcoming. Willing to help and answered any questions I had regarding my service.
NTB never fails to show its amazing customer service. As a college student with limited car knowledge they also take care of me while not “ripping me off”. I called NTB 5 mins before closing and Sergio didn’t hesitate to welcome me in to check my car battery for me. All the staff are so sweet and will forever be my go to!
