ALERT:::: Yesterday I Needed an oil change on my Mercedes Benz C230 Sport. Traveling from Atlanta to Charlotte I went to a NTB outside of the city. Oil change, new windshield wipers and a few other engine maintenance things covered under this package they were selling. After having to wait 2 hours, my car was given back to me smoking really bad. Oil leaking, horrible smell, and A LOT of smoking.

I purchased 4 new tires along with a road hazard warranty less than a year ago and I went to this store to get a damaged tire replaced under the warranty. The replacement tire had been sent to the store earlier and I told the associate, Jenna, that I wanted the tire replaced and would pay for the new warranty on the tire. After waiting 2 hours with hardly any customers in the store, she had Alex, who was the only tech working, just patch the tire with no communication to me. I arrived with my steering wheel vibrating. I dropped my truck off for the day after telling them about my issues. They called stating my vehicle was fixed, I asked the tech if it was driving better, he said it’s driving perfect. I paid a few hundred dollars assuming all was good only to find out I still have the same issue as earlier. This place has inexperienced young’s kids working who could care less about getting a job done properly.
One of the BEST customer service experiences that I've ever experienced!! We started having issues with our tires enroute from Ohio to SC. We called and Bob told us to come on in and they'd take care of us. The shop was very, very busy with scheduled appointments and walk-ins when we arrived, yet they still resolved our issue and had us back on the road in less than an hour! Very hard workers and just top notch service! If we lived in the area, we would be regular customers, for sure!!
Great customer service, they were able to fit me in at the last minute to patch my tire when I got a flat and needing to travel tomorrow!! They show they care about the customer.

Eddie repaired my tire this am! Great customer service while Im in towen for the UNCC football game (Go Niners!). What a way to treat a guest, he was wonderful! Quick repair had me on the way in just a few minutes! 5 STARS!
Eddie and Jenna went out of their way to help me with getting a battery installed for my VW Beetle. I had already had a frustrating time that day with my car breaking down and then being told by another shop that they couldn't help me. So, I GREATLY appreciated the fact that Eddie went above and beyond to help me get the right battery for my car and Jenna helped me to get food while I waited! :) Thank you SO much!
