HORRIBLE!!! My 71 yr old mother took her car in to purchase 2 new tires and front end alignment and told them she had FWD and to put the new tires on the front.She also told them she had a bent rim and they told her that it would be ok...then a few days later she has a flat tire...took it up there again & told them the new front tire would not hold air & they told her that the front tire was not the new tire and that it had been patched & was leaking from the patch that's when she found out that they did not put new tires on... read more
They take forever. They took around two hours to mount and balance two tires.
i.e., ATERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I went in for a simple oil change that was supposed to cost $9.99. The first thing I said was "How long will this take? I am on a time schedule so I need to know." I was told they could have me in 20 minutes. A gentleman sitting next to me said "I hope you have a lot of time. I've been here 2 hours for an oil change."
