She was charged $1247 for things she didn't want or need. do not go here, this place is a rip off.shame on you NTB getting over on the elderly. your company will never prosper .reporting this location to the Better business bureau.they also kept the tires that were good never go here.
This location totaled my car when they improperly installed the oil plug. It's been two weeks and we still haven't reached an acceptable resolution. The regional manager refuses to let me speak with his boss.
Buyer beware! Make sure to check your vehicle over for damage done at the shop BEFORE leaving the lot. I will never do business with them again.
