Scheduled an appointment online for 5pm. Only to get a phone call that they can't do it at that time, said they close at 5pm and the website was wrong. So I rescheduled for another day at 11am. Get there and check in, then wait and wait. Sat there for 50 minutes they didn't even touch my car. I got my keys and left. While waiting I over heard them calling customers and rescheduling their appointments that were scheduled at 5pm so they could leave early. Their corporate office needs to investigate this shady location.

I have been dealing with this location for almost 20 years, back when it was NTW. The people that work here are some of the best. I have such confidence in these people and their work, I refer them every chance I can. They work on all of my family members vehicles. Big job, little job, these guys kick butt.

Employees are thieves. Went here last week because I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $19.95. Not only did they steal all the change from my center console, but they also didn’t rotate my tires. They tried to sell me new ones, but they won’t get another penny from me. Wound up buying my tires from Costco.
Despite being understaffed and overbooked these guys get it done in a timely professional manner.Everyone that I have communicated with was knowledgeable,professional and friendly.
The crew here always treat me right!
