I had a tire blowout on the Mass Pike while I had a car full of teens & the tow truck took me to Mavis. The guys there were very responsive, helpful and efficient. They were also very personable and made a tough situation much less miserable! A+
I called the Natick, MA store on July 2nd, 2025. I spoke with Nick and explained that I needed to have 2 brand new tires installed on my 2016 Honda CR-V LX. Nick told me to bring my car and tires in on July 3rd, 2025, AFTER 6pm but BEFORE 8:30pm, I of course agreed since rear tires are BALD, and he was aware from the start of the call. Jonathan was able to get me in right away for oil change. What I love the most is every time I come, I am given a run down of what I need now and what may be needed later. Not only do they tell me, they actually show me so I know I'm not getting a run for my money. I was told that eventually I'd need shock but it's not necessary at this moment (within next 10,000 miles), my brakes on the back would need to be replaced in next couple weeks before I'm on metal bc it's at 15% and I always have my tires rotated for every oil cha... read more
