Wife called to get a quote on swapping tires from one set of wheels to another. Dude instantly accused her of just cursing him out which she did nothing of the sort since she was just calling places. I understand working with the public is stressful but if you can handle it You new to find another career path. Name was Dejuan or similar.

Called to get a tire plugged at 5:45 and they told me they were already leaving and couldn’t do it. Pretty sorry that they leave before closing
The trip I just made was so insulting I have never been talk to like this man did. And all I needed was a tire plugged. All he was interested in was to sell me a new tire. The tires on my truck is only two months old. Side walls was not damaged.
Do not ever use this place, they are incompetent, couldn't even replace the oil filter correctly, then give us a long list of things that should be done to our vehicle, ok fine everyone does that, but then magically the next day our vehicle dies and there's absolutely no fluid in the burb tank and the radiator is bone dry
Went in on a Friday to get a quote on tires and get them installed. They said it was an hour and a half wait or we could make an appointment for the next day and be in and out quickly. Made the appointment for 10 the next morning. We arrived at 945 and didnt get out til 1245.... 3 hours later. Not pleased with this at all. :-(
Absolutely saved my day. The husband was heading to work when he noticed the car had a flat. I had a final at 10:00 in Athens at Athens State. I don't think a flat was going to get me out of it. The husband had to teach a class on Redstone. So the hubby took my car and I put air in the tire with a compressor and called NTB to see if they could fix my flat this morning. I wish I could say that this place for the most part is a decent auto shop to get tire replacement or any sort of customer satisfaction at, but it would be an understatement. I got a full tire change on my car with no problems other than them being extremely slow and having very poor manners towards their customers. A little more than a month after that I got a flat tire... no big deal. I was just going to change that tire to my spare and take it back to the shop and have them fix it.
