Availability of an appointment was fine. One employee was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable - Kevin. He kept "joking" for 3 of us customers to go home. We shouldn't have come in. Once may have been funny, but the continuous comments and the nonchalant attitude made us feel that he was being inappropriate. Not only that, but he actually did some of the "work" on my car. Not happy at all.
