I had new tires placed at the end of Feb. I have since been there three more times for low tires. Each time they missed something they messed up. The front desk ladies are unfriendly and the bathroom is filthy. I took my car to Firestone to find out they put the wrong tire kits on the tires. NTB will only cover the kits and not the labor of Firestone fixing their screw ups. I will never be back to NTB. I will be sure to let everyone I know of the service I have had with this company.
Me and my husband went to get oil change on both our cars , they did mine , 3 employees tried to start my husband's car using a key that didn't go to his car . Locked his car up and activated the anti theft system. My key pod or spare key will not let me start my car to turn off the anti theft system, NTB in Columbus ohio at Easton is refusing to do anything about this. Tech lied about doing tire rotation when I pointed out I knew they didn’t do it I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m a woman. Ps I marked my tires so I know they were never touched. Tech thendid rotation but never apologize for the tech attitude, remark or service I received. Believe me I already called corporate. They are suppose to do a check list. Where’s the list??? Never ever will I go to NTB again.

They change oil and filter and forgot to screw correctly the steel plate. I don’t recommended never and ever
