RecommendedGreat experience! We ran over a huge screw on the way home from South Carolina, stopped into NTB and the manager quickly helped us, recommended a good place to eat while we waited and we were back on the road!!
Made a 3:30 pm appt since they said they were too busy when I went there at 9:30 a.m. to get a state inspection. I got to my appt on time. My vehicle was never even brought into the shop until 4:50 p.m. It was done at 5:09 pm. So with an appt I was there almost two hours for something that took 20 minutes. For this I would not recommend NTB

This is the first time that I have been at this location in Burlington NC since moving to the area Really nice friendly and professional people. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will be back. Thanks guys!

A flat tire more than 100 miles from home, a holiday weekend, less than an hour from closing time...NTB helped us without a hitch!! NTB earned a new customer yesterday! Thank you for the terrific customer service!!!!
I had my battery suddenly go bad. When I tried to start my car at the end of the work day it just barely cranked. I live near Asheville and I was afraid to start the over 200 mile drive at 5:45 knowing most shops would be closing soon. I jumped on my smart phone and found NTB and gave them a call. He said come on over. I was lucky it was just my battery and they got me back on the road. They were courteous and good humored as they knew I didn't want to spend the night in a hotel.

Good service and found problem that I described and was fixed in 3 hour and back on the road again. I don't know of any other businesses that could have solved and fixed my car any better or faster.
I came in for a tire deal and they tried to play me with an inflated estimated list of things that were "wrong" with my car. So me being an intelligent and well rounded daddy's girl was already prepared for the bs. After he ran down the list and prices went from $279 (tires only)to $849 then back down to $650 I kindly let the gentleman know that I only came for the tires and would handle the rest at another time I walked away with a great deal on 4 tires for $223 w/$50 instant rebate=$173 w/alignment & installation fees = $2... read more
