I had an appointment yesterday morning at 11am for a tire rotation and I had the pleasure of working with Adrian. She had such a wonderful attitude and she was incredibly patient with me (I changed my appointment time quite a few times yesterday). I really enjoyed her energetic presence as well as her enlightenment in my cars maintenance condition. Great team and I will be back for further maintenance!!
Roy took amazing care of me. He was thoughtful and really took the time to give me the best possible value for what I needed in getting my 4 tires replaced. If you’re looking for tires, oil change, or balance and rotations - Mavis is the place to go! Their process was smooth and clean and their customer service was top notch! Thanks Roy!
I arrived at 4pm and the lady there named Adrian (manager) said they would not be able to put the tire on because then they would end up staying until 6pm, being there were 2 people ahead of me. This is very upsetting, if you close at 5 but stop taking customers at 4 there should be a sign saying that. I drove 30mins from jarrell.
Great team Adrian is very helpful and offered great financing available will be coming back.
Roy and Adrian are some of the best people you will find in Texas. They have done a lot of work for my on my family car and I trust them wholeheartedly. I would recommend 10/10!!!
