Adrian and Alonzo have great customer service skills, as you are greeted very professionally upon arrival.The mechanics are communicative about services performed, therefore making the experience at Mavis delightful, trustworthy and smooth.
Adrian, the manager, and Erik and Eli, working in the shop, I was in and out in under a hour with 4 brand new tires, they stayed open til almost 9pm to get me taken care of (30 min after close), they are doing an OUTSTANDING job running that location, Adrian has top tier customer service, so good at talking to people as well as Erik for such a young guy was A VERY VERY impressive employee, and between him, Adrian and Eli. The best! Had to buy a new tire and get one patched. Very friendly, not sales-y at all!! Adrian found a great price on my tire and got me and out! 100% recommend!!!!!!
