Esteban was very helpful. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in less than 60 min from drop off to check out! Will be returning!
This tire kingdom wanted $123 for an oil change, only making it go down to $89… still too much. The worker was rude and mumbled to us as well as he never took off his sunglasses. We left because 90 dollars for an oil change is crazy and they laughed at us and gave attitude saying “no where will do an oil change for 50 bucks.” Btw tire plus just did my friend’s oil change for 50 bucks and we found another place that charged $50.
I’m giving you 3 stars but most of the the employees here deserve a 0. You should hire people that is willing to go above and beyond for the clients. If it wasn’t for the manager Jamie and the associates Isaac and Adam that were willing to help me and my friend I don’t know what we would’ve done. I understand it was a Saturday everybody wants to go home we got there at 4:55 and you guys close at 5. But we were 2 ladies with a completely FLAT tire no way to go back home. Esteban is the man. Took care of 4 tire pressure sensors. Go to shop for all things wheels and tires.
Jamie and Esteban are world class!! Took care of my daughter’s car while she was in town visiting. Worked well past close of business to get her on the road. Top Notch!!
