I was very dissatisfied with their service. I came in asking for my nails to be done a certain way. I came in and asked for pearl tips full set. It didn’t look to me like she was doing what I asked so I reassured her 3 times what I wanted and she assured me the end result would be what I wanted. The end result was French tips and when I showed her a pic of what I had asked for she says she’s sorry and kept going, but assured me I wouldn’t be charged extra. I've been going to this establishment for a few years,It use to be a great place.The owner has gotten sick so she isn't always there.The ladies especially (Holly),They pick& choose if they want to do it or not..I wore ear buds for translation&Holly talks about black people really bad so I didn't give her a tip.Linda is the best for pedicures she's very professional.The owner is great,I wish her a speedy recovery so she can run her shop.Before her employees ruin her business.I honestly don't see how they accept all that bully... read more
Henna and her mother are a dynamic duo! I’ve ALWAYS had nothing but a great experience each visit. Clean fast and reliable service. I never feel rushed when I’m in the chair. The ENTIRE staff is great ! I love my nail salon
