Kim did my soak off and manicure. I have been there multiple times and didn’t like the service each time until Kim did my manicure after soak off. It’s got to be the best manicure I have ever had. I am a nail girly so I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years so I know what I like and what I don’t. Kim did a fantastic job.
NT Nails & Spa is the definition of unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customer service was an afterthought. The staff seemed uninterested, communication was chaotic, and attention to detail was nowhere to be found. I went in hoping for a relaxing experience but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. #UnprofessionalExperience #NTNailsDisappointment
Went in for a simple gel French manicure and got a basic one. Language barrier I guess, absolutely hate it.
Sucks!!! Went in for acrylic over lay with dip. They don’t offer dip on overlay original color had a neon pink at cuticle base and looks crazy. They repaint with a totally different color I didn’t pick and said it’s better and change my original nail shape!! Never will I go back
I love the work Henna does on my nails. She is very artistic and can replicate anything I show her from online. She is also amazing and affordable with lashes. Her mother does excellent pedicures.
