I live out of state and I always receive great customer service.
Always the absolute best customer service! Anytime I have questions I can stop in or call and get an answer in minutes. :) I can't imagine going back to a bank now that I've been with this credit union.
I was so impressed and excited that when the teller told me I can't talk on your cellphone. I was shocked at first and thought to myself Wow � why can't restaurant etc aren't doing the same.
They have awesome employees!! They are very professional and care about their customers.

Nswc is a wonderful bank ,there bank protection plan saved my account when some one tried to hack into my account ,they froze my account ,
