worst credit Union i have ever had. Terrible customer service, they are not secure with personal information & mismanaged account. I have call recordings and documents showing how awful they are. No one from management cares. closing all accounts & moving to a credit union who cares.

Getting a loan takes far too long. 3 to 4 days to hear back on a loan request is far too long in this day and age. To make matter worse, when I call for an update, nobody is available to answer the phone.
I have been member since late 1980s and always will continue to use nswc Credit Union
