THE TEMPS have been near 100 amd with age and health concerns for the couple we contacted NWS ( NATE) and Nate immediately responded and ensured they had air back on. Nate is a nice and personable guy. And I like the fact that his business is within our local community, and he doesn't advertise, but gains clients through a word-of-mouth reputation of satisfied customers. He claims his work with his contact info on a sticker applied to the outdoor/indoor equipment which I found unique and effective.
Nate is super chill, personable, easy to schedule with and was very prompt and helpful fixing two busted AC units in under an hour - highly recommend!
