Huge shout out to Nui and Neil who came to assist my 90 yo Mum after a fall last night. So caring, so young and calm, yet so smart! Even at the hospital triage they still made sure she was comfy sourcing heated blankets. Cannot thank you both enough for engaging wonderfully with Mum and I. Sydney is lucky to have blokes like you and your amazing colleagues working for the Ambos!
I hope you won’t need this but if you do I’m pretty sure the service will be very good as it was for us.

The paramedics came to my address but the lady whose name was Adrean was very rude and instead of listening to me shout at me and called me rude. My children were witnesses of her behavior and they were very upset seeing the people who came to help their mother are very rude. I was just requesting that I can’t walk to ambulance and I need a bed to be carried to hospital. I had an emergency situation which I end up being hospitalized from that night unit now 10/07/2024. The ambulance was called on 9/07/2024.
My parents had to call an ambulance for me in Feb, I was in Cardiac Arrest. I went to RNSH, spending 2 months there then 6 weeks in Mona Vale Rehabilitation Unit. I was in a coma so don’t remember the paramedics or acting but my family says they literally saved my life. They said they were very professional and caring with them and me. I can’t thank everyone individually so a big heartfelt thank you to NSW Ambulances!
