Just sent letter to CEO of the company they write for, it's definitely a team-scam. They asked me for docs for months they never needed (all to distract me from what they were doing -- getting me in at low price and increasing it later, kept a large amount beyond days used at cancellation. Shame on Florida for letting N-Sure and Universal do this- By the way, you are emailed by NSure at unusual times -- the room full of drug addicts show.

wish I give a less than one. These clowns are a joke. Stay away from at all costs. My policy with the new carrier hasn’t gone into effect yet but I wanted to cancel going forward. Nsure insists that I send in the declaration page from the new carrier before they submit the cancellation to the carrier I’m not going forward with. That’s crooked!! And appears to be a scam to get me locked into the prior policy. Even though it is not in effect yet.
Nsure has, in my opinion, "THE MOST INCOMPETENT" customer service reps that I have ever delt with in my entire 68 years on this earth! Moe doesn't know what Larry or Curley is doing at any given point of time. They can't seem to keep their quotes straight or even remember who they are talking with. When I finally get them to find the right quote on their system, they can't seem to be able to finalize the policy! Worst company I ever worked with! Their customer service sucks and they don't even keep up with what is going on! Terrible company! You will be sorry if you go with them!!
Almost left Kin for these guys until the endorsements page with 42 exclusionary endorsements advising me what will NOT be covered was missing from the 5 Docusign emails sent to me. I didn't sign anything, called to cancel within one hour and found they did not need my signature, had already contacted my mortgage company then went to their website to find the new insurance had already replaced the old policy and I had to swamp all parties to say not changing. Nsure itself was very good and customer service was great. Just would have been nice if I had been asked for documents and pictures at the same time. Other then that everything was great!
The process was seamless an easy. The rep was able to answer all my questions. They seem like a legit company and well organized.
This was so easy and prompt service was provided to me and they saved me hundreds of dollars on my new policy. Time was of the essence since my old policy expires in 2 days. They stayed on top of my situation and contacted me directly and text to let me know how everything was progressing.
