This has been the worst doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had. I’ve only been a patient here for about a week, and I’m already considering switching providers. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment, and I’ve had no success speaking directly with my doctor. Communication through the patient portal is extremely delayed, often taking up to two days for a response. Do not use this clinic. They take 2.5 + hours for a basic appt. They recommend tests that a completely unnecessary and everyone has a really bad attitude. Find a better clinic that cares about your health.
Doctors are ok , be prepared to go over all the questions they ask and your medications At least 3 times with different students… the office staff are the absolute worst! Never send prescriptions to the pharmacy, never send info to quest, NEVER! Repeated calls to fix the situation.. this has happened MANY times over the last three years, they don’t monitor the online portal messages, the office staff perhaps as it’s a teaching school, but no one ever knows the correct procedures
