Doctors are ok , be prepared to go over all the questions they ask and your medications At least 3 times with different students… the office staff are the absolute worst! Never send prescriptions to the pharmacy, never send info to quest, NEVER! Repeated calls to fix the situation.. this has happened MANY times over the last three years, they don’t monitor the online portal messages, the office staff perhaps as it’s a teaching school, but no one ever knows the correct procedures

I use to work in a medical office. We give patients 15 minutes if they’re late. I scheduled an appointment at 8:45 and I got there at 9 because the GPS took me to the wrong entrance. I check in and they wait to tell me at 9:15 that I need to reschedule because I was late. When no doctors office never sees you at the time of your appointment.
