I've been getting my hair cut by Eric for a little over a year. He recently transferred to the Capitol Heights location. I was late for my appointment due to the lack of marketing and signage on the building. The building is very easy to miss. Also, it would be nice to see updated information on the companies website and social media. Somethings are out dated from 2023.
Had Sam as my barber did a great job... Will definitely go back when I the DC/Maryland area.
They’re deleting reviews. Does this place hire people with no experience? I came in for an emergency line up since my barber was out of town and made the worst regret of my life. The young man very young man was the only person available and it took him 35+ mins to just line up the front of my forehead. He Pushed me back and kept using a blade to try and fix and straighten it like my hair would magically grow back with a razor blade . Never again. Never again.
