I am shocked by the unprofessionalism! I keep getting calls, supposedly from this firm, regarding the CPAP machine recalls. After seeing a few red flags, I asked that they send all paperwork via U.S. mail, and even expressed a willingness to hand deliver urgent or time-sensitive documents if needed. I am yet to receive anything in the mail, however, I have received numerous telephone calls, progressively getting more aggressive in demanding my personal information.
