I was a patient here for 2 years. This past March, I went in for a skin cancer screening with Dr. Groysman. I specifically pointed out a mole to be looked at. She said it was totally fine, took a phone call during the end of my appointment and left saying "wear sunscreen". I went to another dermatologist to get a second opinion in August, who biopsied and resulted in a melanoma stage 1
Wow. I got there and they told me I’d be billed for $250, I asked if they could see if there was a copay as I know my insurance covers one visit per year. One of the ladies at the front desk was super nice and explained me patiently. Meanwhile the younger assistant interrupted us by saying “there’s no such thing as freebies” when she was not part of the conversation. Be careful with Susan Bard. she scammed me. She gave me one price quote for Fraxel then charged me much more afterward and pretended she didn’t understand the issue. This seems to be her method since insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic treatments and there’s basically no authority to file a complaint with.
Great experience from start to finish! Convenient location and lovely offices. I was greeted with a friendly smile and seen right on time. The medical assistants were thorough and friendly. Unprofessional front desk workers who made the environment uncomfortable. They were actively playing with toys, as well as whispering to each other and laughing at me as I exited. I will not be returning due to them. Editing to reply to your message- I didn’t use my real name because I don’t feel safe with your office. Please learn to take criticism instead of defending yourself
