Dr. Aurel Apple and her physician's assistant were excellent; very knowledgeable; clear communicator with great suggestions. The front desk check-in staff was welcoming and helpful in the check in; and the online appointment process was simple and it works. If you are looking for a friendly; welcoming; knowledgeable and no bs dermotologist team from the front desk to the doctor herself, this is an excellent choice. This was my first visit and will definitely come back if available.
Great experience from start to finish! Convenient location and lovely offices. I was greeted with a friendly smile and seen right on time. The medical assistants were thorough and friendly. I had such a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Bard took the time to explain to me in detail my issue with a plan on how to resolve it including a follow up plan. Great Service-Great Doctor!
Dr. Susan Bard is an exceptional physician — professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. During my very first visit, she quickly identified the issue, provided the correct treatment, and helped me feel significantly better. The office environment is clean and professional, and the wait time was minimal. I truly appreciated the efficient care and expertise. Highly recommended!
Today I was receiving treatment for HS, which included a procedure to drain an abscess. During the appointment, the doctor was preparing to make an incision using a scalpel—without clearly explaining that this was part of the process or obtaining my informed consent. As soon as I realized what was happening, I expressed that I was extremely uncomfortable and did not want to continue.
