The Winchester office has a kind, caring and professional staff, that won’t stop until the patient is comfortable and able to live a more productive life!!!!! Dr. Lee listened to me, asked questions, decided a plan of action and started ordering tests and procedures. I truly feel like he heard me and now, I’m hopeful! Thank you for helping me!!!!!!!!
I always have issues with refills this time I couldn’t reach anybody Friday so I went Friday and the entire weekend without my medicine I called following Monday explained situation they were supposed to to authorize medicine and send it over and again they never did and I work so I cannot be on my phone all day I figured they would do there job so I get off work online said they closed at 5 I drove there walked in building at 4:09 and no one was in the office at all door did say 4:30 but again it’s 4:09 a woman came out the... read more
