Husband came for back issues, 2nd visit was to get an injection didn’t have done because they decided needed an MRI. Charged a co-pay for this visit. Came in the third time charged another co-pay, when stated there should be a credit because nothing was done the last time they kept insisting that there was still another co-pay due. Nurse practitioner does not listen too me and my issues. So far, I'm worse off than before I went. Changing Nurse. Hopefully she will listen and not talk over me. Im 68yrs old with a sharp mind. I feel like this is elder abuse. I know how I feel better than anyone.
I went in for pain management and left crying. I’ve never felt so ignored.
Five stars for Dr. Goepel. One star for Dr. Lee. Took my mom there for back pain and Dr. Lee kicked the can down the road for weeks not offering any help...finally saying he could not help her any further. Saw Dr. Goepel for second opinion and got results!
I've never had a "doctor" blame me for not getting my meds because THEY messed up the prescription. Oh, that's right, I forgot! I, as a patient, can write my own prescriptions! What an absolute joke. If I were you, I'd look somewhere else for REAL care. They have zero idea what's going on here.
