Had initial consultation and everything was great. I met with Dr Lee and really liked him. I came home and spoke with my wife and we decided to go with the stem cell treatment. I call them to make the appointment and was told Dr Lee was not in so they would call me back. A week later still no return call. I call them again questioning why no call. I was told they will call back. Now 2 weeks after that and still no call. I now assume they don’t want my business and I will begin looking elsewhere.
I had an appointment last week as a new patient. I read the reviews on here before the appointment and got discouraged reading all the negative reviews. I came in office with the attitude expecting to be disrespected and treated poorly by the staff and had low expectations from the Dr. This place is far from all the negative comments written about them.
