Nurse practitioner does not listen too me and my issues. So far, I'm worse off than before I went. Changing Nurse. Hopefully she will listen and not talk over me. Im 68yrs old with a sharp mind. I feel like this is elder abuse. I know how I feel better than anyone.
I went in for pain management and left crying. I’ve never felt so ignored.
Five stars for Dr. Goepel. One star for Dr. Lee. Took my mom there for back pain and Dr. Lee kicked the can down the road for weeks not offering any help...finally saying he could not help her any further. Saw Dr. Goepel for second opinion and got results!
I've never had a "doctor" blame me for not getting my meds because THEY messed up the prescription. Oh, that's right, I forgot! I, as a patient, can write my own prescriptions! What an absolute joke. If I were you, I'd look somewhere else for REAL care. They have zero idea what's going on here.
Dr Lee is great! He is passionate about his work and wants to help you! Wait time is minimal. Front desk staff are friendly and compassionate!
