I purchased over $10,000 worth of appliances from Electronic Express in Decatur, AL when we built our house a couple years ago. We also purchased the extended warranty from NSI Protection Plus. My 2 year old $2,000 Frigidaire Professional Freezer went out on Saturday. I lost about $750 worth of food. I called NSI and they said someone would call me. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! The repairman never fixed my freezer properly, after I specifically told him that the ice maker needed to be replaced entirely. He wouldn't listen to me. The ice maker is still broken, is still leaking water all over the place, and is still damaging my kitchen flooring!! Totally disgusted!!
