UPDATE from my previous 1 star review: I needed a toilet quickly for an upcoming Fourth of July party and decided to give N&S another shot since they have the best selection. I’m happy to report that the experience was completely different this time. Salesperson Myah was fantastic—she showed me the models they had in stock, quickly processed my purchase, and with the help of the counter and warehouse team, had everything ready and out the door in no time. Poor customer service - No one seems to be in charge of the store - no manager . do not respond to phone inquiries on time . Do not inform the order status which is over due . Not recommending if the project needs to be done on schedule . Impression - not professionally run .
Kevin and all the staff members do a wonderful job, they are patient would the customers and knowledgeable. The selection is great, prices are compatible, location is convenient.
Talk to Kevin behind the counter if he can’t find it then he will direct you in the right direction. N&S should be proud to have an employee like him definitely goes above and beyond!!!
