Kevin and all the staff members do a wonderful job, they are patient would the customers and knowledgeable. The selection is great, prices are compatible, location is convenient.
Talk to Kevin behind the counter if he can’t find it then he will direct you in the right direction. N&S should be proud to have an employee like him definitely goes above and beyond!!!
Don't waste your time if you are looking for a one off item for your home. Went there to get a replacement faucet for my kitchen and no one was interested in helping me. Went to Home Depot instead.
N&S has everything you need for remodeling in your home. The showroom has it all and great people to help you. My suggestion is to make an appointment so you have time all for yourself. Ask for Karen Stortini. She will answer all your questions and order you what you want and need. She is very knowledgeable and spot on. Excellent service, thank you!
I'd give zero stars if I could. Their website boasts how they are "committed to exceptional customer service" and that "going above and beyond is an everyday occurrence at N&S". Customer service is unreliable and condescending. Yes, they go "above and beyond" - but only to rip off customers who pay way too much for their fixtures. An N&S saleswoman ordered the wrong size fixture for my renovation and the showroom refused to take it back and exchange it for the correct size.
