I'd give zero stars if I could. Their website boasts how they are "committed to exceptional customer service" and that "going above and beyond is an everyday occurrence at N&S". Customer service is unreliable and condescending. Yes, they go "above and beyond" - but only to rip off customers who pay way too much for their fixtures. An N&S saleswoman ordered the wrong size fixture for my renovation and the showroom refused to take it back and exchange it for the correct size. This review is long overdue. About two years ago we fully renovated two bathrooms in our home. All of the plumbing and fixture supplies were purchased from N&S Supply. Karen was our sales rep, we cannot say enough good things about our entire experience! The customer service was outstanding! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
