I went to N&S for a small pvc part for my water softener & I was treated beyond superbly! Kevin, at the counter, went up & beyond in assisting me & getting me the part I needed. To say I was impressed with N&S is an understatement!
Horrible horrible horrible customer service this morning. I was left on hold while on speaker phone listening to laughing and random conversations. Completely unprofessional. Wont be going here thats for sure.
This place is amazing! Have a bad experience with a big box store, I came here to order a tub, found a quality tub at a good price, and had it delivered just days later! Also, Karen is THE BEST!
Wrong order was delivered. What we ordered and paid over $2300 for has not yet been received. Showroom personnel initially had no satisfactory solution and wanted us to keep what we did not order. After another discussion with the showroom, we were told that our vanity will be reordered and the wrong vanity can be returned. Appreciate having a frustrating situation turned around for the better. Looking forward to a happy ending.
