I am so grateful to Norm for his help! Norm went above and beyond and a few months after the initial inspection came back out to the property to further advise on some outstanding issues. He took time out of his day at no additional cost to provide detailed recommendations for next steps and was extremely honest in what is necessary to take care of and what is not. I would highly highly highly recommend NS Richards Property Inspections for their thorough and fair assessment.
Norm inspected a house that we had made an offer on. The house has significant structural problems with rotten floor joists - at least 25 need replacing. His report made no mention of any problem with them so we bought the house not knowing of the problem. We now have been told by a reputable structural engineer that we need to do major repairs to the floor that will cost over $10,000. If Norm had done his job we never would have purchased the house.
Norm is the best inspector I have ever worked with. I have been in real estate for 20 years and I highly recommend this company.
