I’ve gone back and forth about writing this review because we’ve used N&S Pump for years, and in the past I’ve had some very positive experiences with Jason. There were times when he was kind, helpful, and provided good service. One example that always stood out to me was when we had an issue around Christmas and he stopped by to replace a fuse and get our pump running again without charging us. Half way through the day and no water, but rain on the way. Buckets? Joe & Matt arrived quickly, diagnosed our situation ( pump worn out after 35 years!!! Junk!) Started pulling pipe and called Jason for parts. Everything worked like a well oiled pit crew! 3 hours start to finish and complete brand new goodies top and bottom. Could not have been any better! I woke up at 5am to no water. I called N&S Pump as soon as they opened. They had someone out within an hour, identified the problem, fixed a bad box and bad fuse and we were up and running by 10:00 am. So grateful for Jason and Joey's quick response and assistance!
Joe and Jason did a great job! They were very friendly and professional. They replaced what needed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend N&S pump service.
