There was no wait but I should’ve known better when no one else came into the place the whole time I was there. There was no music playing or tv going so we literally sat in silence. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. She didn’t clip my cuticles on my toes. She never clipped the cuticles on my nails. Then she used to the file on my nail to get the previous dip off & she had it going so fast it was actually giving me a burning sensation to the point I had to pull my hand back from her. Ms Gina is amazing, my toes and nails are fabulous and she is she sweet and funny. I will be going back again.
Owner is rude. She is disrespectful. Provided poor services and told me she does what she wants and the customer is not right.
