I would like to thank NS Management and particularly Osvaldo Torres for doing a very commendable job under very difficult circumstances. While they were only our management company for less than two years, they really worked very hard to do their very best for our condominium community. Unfortunately, our community is now run by investors who own most of our units and they could care less for our property or what happens to it. Lived in Vernon hills for 25 years and NS management became the management company in the last couple years and they are terrific. I really like them. They do great service. They're responsive. I never thought I would say that about a management company but they are oswaldo gets back to me and appreciate any help I can get from a great company like them. I'm going to be moving and that's why I wanted to leave this review because they of all the management companies do it right
I am extremely disappointed with this management company. Since early August, I have been emailing and asking them to treat our home for elder bugs. While this insects are common in North America, our building in The Carriages seems to be experiencing worst invasion for reasons unknown. I asked them to hire a good pest control service. They sent some crew who did a lazy and ineffective job. After that, despite multiple emails and their promises to back and treat property again, nothing was done.
