My community are prior clients of NS Management. Like any service provider the quality of service is somewhat dependent on the person managing the account. In the past we had good service but when our account person changed, everything went downhill. Communication with homeowners became poor and in some instances created expense for the homeowners. It’s been a year since we switched to NS management and started working with Heather as our manager. Heather is organized, consistent, knowledgeable and responsive. It’s been a great beginning to what I hope will be an enduring and supportive partnership for or 100+ year old building.
Documents needed for a closing (ordered well in advance) were repeatedly delayed - everybody pointed fingers but nobody took ownership. When you call the office it's an endless stream of prompts to finally get to a leave a message mailbox that doesn't return calls. Fortunately for me I only needed documents for a transaction and don't live in one of the properties they manage. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to talk to somebody and actually get help with a property situation.
