Terrible management company i ever come across. They will be calling you and email you when it’s come to extortion but doesn’t answer or follow up with residents when it comes to work. Their employees enter your home without notice or call.
Bad company bad service not let the tenants follow the rule and regulations. Then anyone moved in second floor made hardwood floor which is very much noise hear everyday who live first floor. We had several management company this one is worst and manager thinks she is boss over tenants. She doesn't understand get paid from our money. NS Management has proven to be an unsympathetic and irresponsible company. My partner and I live in one of the condominium complexes they manage. If you’re renting a condo, rather than owning it, they do nothing to help truly awful situations with neighbors. You will be “guided” to bring your issue up to your landlord. Terrible company. Doesn’t care about their tenants or even their own properties with how often septic flooding occurs on the first levels of their condominiums in Vernon Hills. And if you have any issues with problematic neighbors — you are very much on your own. NS Management made our situation with an outright bully of a neighbor much worse than it ever should have escalated to. If you are looking for a safe place to rent long-term, avoid anything tended to by NS Management.
Excellent service and professionalism. This team does a great job for our building board.
