They are new to us and replaced a big company that didn't do anything just talk. Very happy with all. They care, and want to help. Already much better and owners happy.

Beware of NS Management! INTEGRITY ISSUES! Our condo association has hired NS Management and our board has opted to raise our assessment more than the allotted 15%. Owners of our association has circulated a petition to veto it and we got 36% percent of owners to object to which was more than the minimum 20% needed. NS Management is a highly unprofessional organization. I am a resident as well as a board member of the building the NS Management company manages. We have some urgent issue that need to be resolved .Over the course of one month I have sent several emails to the building managers , but our building managers Kim and Ellie have not bother to answer.
