Our property sale was significantly delayed due to NS NS Management’s unprofessional handling of the lender’s questionnaire. Instead of providing clear yes or no answers, they gave vague, evasive responses for over a month, causing unnecessary hold-ups. Refused to get us in touch with the board members. Awesome company. If you call they absolutely will not answer and if you leave a message they will promptly call you back in 3-4 days. If your realtor calls to ask questions they will completely ignore them and not call them back and then let the association President yell at you about what you are doing wrong during a home sale. I would say they are about as organized as a nine year old that wakes up on a Saturday and decides to start a lemonade stand. I recently moved into a building under this management and within the third week I had a neighboring unit with a pipe malfunction that flooded the front hallway of my apartment, as well as the carpet in the hallway. When management showed up, I witnessed her engaging in an altercation with a construction worker. While witnessing this, she made it very clear that her only responsibility is the hallways and common spaces and left without anything close to an apology for originally trying to blame us for the flood. Update 5/30/2025: Inga here at Cambridge on the Lake is the reason I am changing my opinion regarding NS Management and giving 5 stars. Especially her professionalism, attention to residents’ concerns and clear communication. Update 4/9/2024: Still no changes were made, none of the concerns were addressed and attempted to be fixed. Complete ignorance. The complex is barely being maintained.
