Beware of NS Management! INTEGRITY ISSUES! Our condo association has hired NS Management and our board has opted to raise our assessment more than the allotted 15%. Owners of our association has circulated a petition to veto it and we got 36% percent of owners to object to which was more than the minimum 20% needed. NS Management is a highly unprofessional organization. I am a resident as well as a board member of the building the NS Management company manages. We have some urgent issue that need to be resolved .Over the course of one month I have sent several emails to the building managers , but our building managers Kim and Ellie have not bother to answer. I would like to thank NS Management and particularly Osvaldo Torres for doing a very commendable job under very difficult circumstances. While they were only our management company for less than two years, they really worked very hard to do their very best for our condominium community. Unfortunately, our community is now run by investors who own most of our units and they could care less for our property or what happens to it. Lived in Vernon hills for 25 years and NS management became the management company in the last couple years and they are terrific. I really like them. They do great service. They're responsive. I never thought I would say that about a management company but they are oswaldo gets back to me and appreciate any help I can get from a great company like them. I'm going to be moving and that's why I wanted to leave this review because they of all the management companies do it right
