Can not thank enough for such efficient and prompt help with all our reuqests on processing the documents with closing! NS Management is so far the best on the market to work with! quick on responces, easy on ordering and over all customer service is just outstanding! They saved one of our most hard closings! Horrible service. Unresponsive. Terrible!
NS Management has been quite disappointing. We have flagged a serious issue to them for weeks and there is no movement. When you call is goes to an offshore person only to be routed to a voicemail where they call back days later.
I know the property management profession is never easy which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. I’ve been waiting for my balcony to be repaired for 9 months. The communication has been terrible with NS Management. Still nothing scheduled and have heard it’s not just me. Hoping this review wakes your team up and we can get the service we are paying for.
