1000th top best company in US. The business model, sign up customers to autopay and then charge them whatever. And if a customer notices extra charges, say its an error and disappear. Because once charges are added, they cant be corrected, modified or removed. To avoid being a victim of the NS Managment Inc: 1. Dont use autopay, or cancel it, check bank statements. 2. My community are prior clients of NS Management. Like any service provider the quality of service is somewhat dependent on the person managing the account. In the past we had good service but when our account person changed, everything went downhill. Communication with homeowners became poor and in some instances created expense for the homeowners.
