I recently moved into a building under this management and within the third week I had a neighboring unit with a pipe malfunction that flooded the front hallway of my apartment, as well as the carpet in the hallway. When management showed up, I witnessed her engaging in an altercation with a construction worker. Update 5/30/2025: Inga here at Cambridge on the Lake is the reason I am changing my opinion regarding NS Management and giving 5 stars. Especially her professionalism, attention to residents’ concerns and clear communication. Update 4/9/2024: Still no changes were made, none of the concerns were addressed and attempted to be fixed. Complete ignorance. The complex is barely being maintained. Great Property Management company!
Terrible management company i ever come across. They will be calling you and email you when it’s come to extortion but doesn’t answer or follow up with residents when it comes to work. Their employees enter your home without notice or call.
