I highly recommend N.S. Johnson, Inc. My air-conditioning unit stopped working during the 4th of July weekend with temps around 107. Jake Weaver was here within 1 hour of my initial phone call to the answering service. Very professional and clean. My air was working again within 30 minutes of his arrival.
NS Johnson is my first choice of HVAC companies. Customer service is on point. I had a problem with my geothermal system and someone was dispatched quickly after I called. They helped me get through the season, and when my system failed, they were there quickly to patch it until it was replaced. I have been using Mike and his Staff since 2018 for servicing of our furnace and A/C and have received great results and excellent customer service. Recently (end of Summer 2025) our A/C went down. Mike provided us with multiple options for a new system and once we chose, he and his Staff were timely and very efficient for the install. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this Company.

Fair and reasonable pricing to replace the stopper mechanism on our whirlpool jacuzzi tub. We selected MS Johnson because they are local and well established. I was scheduled within a day to determine best options. The technicians determined a replacement was the only option. The new jacuzzi stopper was installed promptly.
