I have been using Mike and his Staff since 2018 for servicing of our furnace and A/C and have received great results and excellent customer service. Recently (end of Summer 2025) our A/C went down. Mike provided us with multiple options for a new system and once we chose, he and his Staff were timely and very efficient for the install. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this Company.

Fair and reasonable pricing to replace the stopper mechanism on our whirlpool jacuzzi tub. We selected MS Johnson because they are local and well established. I was scheduled within a day to determine best options. The technicians determined a replacement was the only option. The new jacuzzi stopper was installed promptly. Initially, I was impressed with the two young gentlemen who took about two hours to assess that a new lever system was needed, which I was told they would order. However, that didn’t materialize due to age and complexity of lever system, which I found out on a 2nd visit by a different technician who suggested a simple plug system, which I was good with.
