We needed to either fix or replace the stopper mechanism on our whirlpool jacuzzi tub and selected MS Johnson because they are local and well established. I was scheduled promptly and it was determined a replacement was the only option. The new jacuzzi stopper was installed promptly and correctly within a few days.

The absolute Best! Winter storm was on the way and our tankless water heater went out that also heats our home. The company that installed it was less than concerned and offered to "rent" us some space heaters for a week or when they could get to our issue. A few years ago my geothermal system, which was installed by a big name company in this area, began to peter out. As a result I began the tedious search of finding who I would trust for purchasing a new system and the significant dollar amount. I researched approximately 5 companies in this area.
