I really needed to get my health in order so therefore I answered an add to join this Gym. Boy, am I extremely happy for doing so. 14 weeks in and 15kg's down. How fortunate am I to have met my PT Abe. He has guided me, supported me, mentored me and provided all his outstanding knowledge on nutrition and workouts. This gym is my go to happy place. I'm still on my journey of health and fitness and loving every minute of it. I've met some real fun characters here too. Thank you NRV8 !
I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness centre I've ever joined. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines, weights, and functional training areas perfect for all fitness levels. The trainers are amazing !!
Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the owner I think? He was brown, bald and tatted. Super unfriendly and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend!
Just a few days and I’m already feeling the good vibes!. Beautiful community, amazing & very helpful trainers.
Overall great gym! Friendly and supportive coaches, they know how to motivate members whilst keeping a friendly and supportive vibe. Glad I joined!
