Amazing experience every time. Erin DeJesus never makes us feel rushed, and she is so great about answering all of our questions. We have seen numerous doctors there and have been pleased every time.
This practice has become a terrible experience. From doctors with a terrible bedside manner to refusing to see more than two kids in a day. Their policies are not at all beneficial to families if you have more than two kids to be seen. The staff is unpleasant to deal with it and the doctors typically do not treat you as if they have time to answer questions or show true concern for your kids. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
Making children consistently wait over an hour in the tiny doctor's office before even being seen is unprofessional. Please be more respectful of your client's time. It's rude.
