Multiple issues that I still cannot resolve. Property lines not as told, other major issues. Buyer Beware! Neighbors from HELL due to these issues. Says she finds forever homes - look at these pictures! If you deal with her - you could deal with this one day from angry neighbors who are mad about what the survey reveals! Not what I thought I was buying as a forever home. But good news if you know her she takes care of her own, if you don’t- Don’t use her to buy a home!!!!!
Mary is absolutely amazing and nothing short of a miracle worker. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with her on the purchase of a commercial property. Mary was patient during the process and provided guidance along the way. She was very knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive; all great attributes to have in a real estate agent - especially if you're new to the area or live out of town.
