During my two-years of employment at NRS Lifespan. I encountered numerous issues that have made it an unfavorable workplace. The ambiguity surrounding pay is exacerbated by the company's insistence on using time cards, resulting in pay deductions for tasks like stripping out. Shockingly, despite being labeled as salary, employees don't receive compensation when the office is closed.
