Mgr very helpful I had unusual requests. He explained his parameters clearly. No biz but clearly professional. Business moving 7/27 to Florence location.
Always take my cars here. The guys are well knowledged. Shan always gives me the best price options. "Ribbit" is very thorough with his inspections and he's got a great sense of humor. Cute too
I've never done 2 reviews for the same place, put NRP deserves it. Excellent communication, explanations, competent work & the techs deserve a shout out too. They sell you what you need or want, not what you don't. It's been a very long time since I've had a place that I refer to as "my mechanic", but unless it's an out of the area emergency, I won't go anywhere else.
A very good place to get your car fixed and very reasonable
